“Why Mustard Lane?” PART TWO! In our last blog post, we provided testimonials from our Laners. What Mustard Lane Does Differently
With about 5K staff across the country & Canada, we’re able to meet your staffing needs in any location! Rather than send a few staff all over the country, we provide vetted, local staff. We have a fantastic web of connections that helps us with this. Additionally, Mustard Lane created a custom database helping us lead the way for high-tech booking and efficient communication with our roster. Kristal, our founder, grew up dancing and came to NYC to perform! ML initially started out as Kristal and her performing friends working different promos across the City…a little money for her friends’ pockets and they could still pursue their creative endeavors! Well, while that model has certainly grown, we still draw from the creative community across all markets. We find that their soft-skills as performers and artists lend themselves perfectly to the world of events. This also means our folks are versatile and can fill many different roles! Laners range from Brand Ambassadors, Promo Models, Caterers/Bartenders to Models and Actors.
Another big standout difference about Mustard Lane is how we hand-select the team for your event. We do not send out massive “blasts” to any and all people on the roster. Our Internal Team takes care to assess what the specific needs of the brand/event/activation/roles are and invite Laners based on who would be a great fit. We know our Laners very well, and this ensures a successful team that matches your needs!
