Thea Haemmerle is our Laner of the Week!!

M / L

Meet Thea!! This beautiful Laner is a former model from NOLA.  She loves swimming, reading nerdy doctor books, and baking healthy goodies while spending time with her cat, Bailey. When she’s not working on the Lane, you can find her busy coaching! Thea is a certified health coach and will be pursuing a career as a functional diagnostic nutrition practitioner in the next few years. Thea has a degree in film/theatre and calls Seattle home for now. We are so grateful to have this talented, smart, and beautiful Laner on our team!

Why do you LOVE working on the Lane?

I love working for Mustard Lane because, as a BA, I feel both respected and trusted. Mustard Lane sees me as an individual and not just as another spot to fill. The agency truly cares about all of us! I also adore the clients. They have always been sweet and fun to work for.

What is a passion of yours?

Helping others improve their health is now a passion of mine, after seeing how much disease affected my daily life. I’m so lucky to have turned things around and I never want to forget that.

How would your best friend describe you?

“She has a way of making everything and anything turn fun! She makes sure everyone feels included and respected.”

What would we find in your fridge right now?

Homemade chocolate tahini oat bars! Did you know that unhulled sesame paste contains 35% of the DV of calcium, compared to only 4% in hulled tahini? GET YOU SOME UNHULLED TAHINI. NOW.

Who was your childhood crush?

The kid who played Anakin Skywalker in “Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace.” What can I say? 9-year-olds don’t have the best of taste when it comes to movies.

What is your favorite 90’s jam?

Digital Get Down – N’Sync.

What is your cheat day meal?

Mac and cheese! It’s healthy if it’s organic, right? RIGHT?

What is your greatest attribute as a BA?

I would have to say my openness to talking to new people. I am very approachable and make many new friends while out in the field!

What would be your superpower and why?

It’s a toss-up between the ability to breathe underwater and the ability to fly. I will go with underwater breathing, only so I can cheat in the pool.
