Laner of the Week Chris Kapcia comes to us from St. Clair Shores, MI, having moved to NYC at the age of 19 to attend The American Academy of Dramatic Arts. After three years of training, Chris threw himself into the industry, auditioning as much as possible. The Laner of the Week spent two and half years making his own short films, learning about editing, co-directing, producing, casting, and of course starring in all six films he made. Chris most recently starred in a short film called Boom Up! (https://www.facebook.com/boomupfilm), which is currently being shopped around the festival circuit and hopefully will be seen at Sundance! He also starred in a web series called Mental Issues that is awaiting its online premiere. We here at Mustard Lane are very proud of our Laner of the Week.
