Shira Math is our Laner of the Week!

M / L

Shira Math is originally from Philadelphia and currently residing in NYC. After graduating Temple University with her Bachelors of Science in public health, Shira decided to take a break from the medical field to pursue her true purpose and passion, dance. Since moving to NYC Shira has completed Broadway Dance Center’s Professional Semester with a concentration in Hip Hop.

While in the city Shira found a home at Mustard Lane. She has been on the Lane for about 9 months and has quickly become one of our core Laners. Shira is hardworking and has high energy on every job.  Shortly after joining, Shira began working at one of our longest activations, a pop up in NYC that extended over several months. She's now our go-to girl for early morning shifts...we always know she'll be there on time and with a smile!

Outside the Lane, Shira is a professional dancer. She loves all styles of hip hop (popping, locking, top rock, waacking, house, and street jazz) as well as all Latin styles! She often performs as a backup dancer and dances for a lot of film work including TV shows, commercials, music videos, and movies! You can check out her website or her Facebook page to learn more about her dance career.
