Meet Sarah!! A fabulous part of our NYC team! A primarily musical theatre actor, this Laner keeps busy! She is headed off to play Sophie in Mamma Mia at the Metropolitan Theatre in WV after playing the role at Axelrod PAC in New Jersey earlier this year. Her other credits include a year playing multiple princesses onstage with Disney Cruise Lines and playing Dorothy in the North American tour of The Wizard of Oz. A graduate from the University of Maryland, this Laner now calls NYC home and we feel honored to have this multitalented princess on the Lane!
Why do you LOVE working on the Lane?
I love how Mustard Lane cultivates an attitude of collaboration and hospitality. One of the things I enjoy about coming to work is knowing I'm working alongside really passionate artists and entrepreneurs. It's a company of self-starters on every level, and I really appreciate being surrounded by that kind of positive energy.
What is your dream vacation?
The French Riviera, somewhere just a quick train ride away from Paris.
How would your best friend describe you?
She says luminescent, empathetic, and charming.
What would we find in your fridge right now?
All Trader Joe's products.
Who was your childhood crush?
Elijah Wood--those big blue eyes just got at my kid soul.
What is your favorite 90's jam?
The Space Jam.
What is your cheat day meal?
I don't really believe in needing cheat days, but that said, In-N-Out Burger animal style, fries, milkshake.
What is your greatest attribute as a BA?
In everything I do, I hope to be thoughtful, thorough, and ready to laugh.
What would be your superpower and why?
Healing powers, because it would bring so much joy.
