It’s Amanda! Originally from Queens, New York, this Laner made the coastal switch and now lives in Los Angeles, CA! Not only is she 5’10” with super curly hair but she’s also seven different nationalities! Wow! Let’s learn a bit more, shall we?
What do you like about Mustard Lane or just working events in general?
I love how fun the events are along with the staff. Everyone has such great energy and is a blast to work with.
When you’re not shining as Laner of the Week…what are you doing?!
I’m either coaching boxing and teaching swim lessons to kids OR.. putting in self-tapes and creating content!
Favorite restaurant or food?
This is a hard one. If you are ever in Long Island you MUST go to Baci’s and have their tortellini or go to Sal, Kris, & Charlie’s Deli to grab a sandwich in Astoria.
What is one of your goals for 2023?
To land a job in social media, a music label or in the entertainment field.
Name a place you’d love to travel to. And why?!
Greece! I grew up in Astoria and everyone is Greek. The islands look absolutely stunning.
What’s your favorite way to spend a day off?
I love going to the beach or a thrift store.
Do you prefer podcasts or books? Favorite one?
Podcasts. I am currently listening to Her First $100k.
What’s your hidden talent?!
I can sing! I was a vocal major at PPAS High School and went to school for Musical Theatre at AMDA.
You’re already Laner of the Week…but if you could have another dream job tomorrow, what would it be?
To work on a comedy set.
What’s an essential part of your daily routine?
I have to get my workout in . Even if its a quick 15-20 minutes. Oh, and coffee. 😉
What life lesson did you learn the hard way?
Not everything is going to go as planned. Sometimes you just gotta go with the flow. What’s meant for you is meant for you.
What is your favorite family/friend tradition?
Playing LCR on Christmas Eve with our family and friends.
What’s a brand or event that you would love to represent or work should the chance ever arise?
I would love to work for a beauty or fitness brand.
What inspires you most?
Seeing Broadway shows, walking around the city and being around other creatives.
