Mustard Lane:  WBENC-Certified!

WBENC               Mustard Lane proudly announces that we just received our certification from the  Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).   Mustard Lane has joined this esteemed network of businesses owned, operated and controlled by women.   Congratulations to CEO Kristal Mallookis and #Laner Extraordinaire Kelly Klein, who helped make this possible. Joining this fierce coalition of women required a lengthy and in-depth certification process.  "We got the ball rolling six months ago, when clients began asking us if we were WBENC-certified," explains Mallookis.  "We saw that it could create some amazing opportunities.  So I decided to get it done!" WBENC certification comes with huge benefits.  As a company, we will have access to hundreds of other WBENC-certified corporations, all of which have made a commitment to diversity within the workforce.  We will have access to mentoring and educational opportunities, including scholarships and executive development programs and webinars.  We earn prestige, recognition, and the right to use the WBE seal on our marketing materials. But mostly we joined because we wanted to join the ranks of smart, accomplished women who are rocking the business world.  We want to support our fellow females as they rise to the top!  We hope to be supported in return.  WBENC's slogan is "Join forces.  Succeed together."  That fits right in with the culture of Mustard Lane.  All of our employees, from first-time #Laners to team leads to CEO Mallookis herself, understand that we only succeed if everyone strives toward a shared goal.  That's why Mustard Lane has been able to grow from a tiny mustard seed of a company to the national presence it is today. WBENC certification represents the next step in growth and pursuit of excellence. "I'm extremely proud of Mustard Lane's accomplishments thus far and hope that this is a small piece that can help bring us to the next level," says CEO Kristal Mallokis.  Look for the WBENC logo, coming soon to our website!
