Positive Vibes Only with Kristal Mallookis

M / L

My name is Kristal Mallookis and I’m a work-a-holic. I started Mustard Lane in 2007 when I was 24 years old. I had a big vision and a lot of guts so naturally I just hit the ground running. Mustard Lane has since grown in a very organic way and as I reflect on the process it all seems like a dream...the best dream in fact!

If you know anything about me you should know that I love everything about business, the good, the bad, the hard. It is important to embrace all of these things when you are an entrepreneur as you are forced to be on your toes at all times, ready to ride the highs and lows that fill up each and every day. Recently, I have found that celebrating even the smallest things makes difference in my current flow personally and professionally.

My puppy just took a huge poop 

My internal team just came up with a new service that could be a game changer in the event industry 

My husband has mastered his air-fried chicken wings 

I just opened a delicious bottle of nebbiolo for no reason 

Another random person ordered a Virtual Telegram .

I want to take the opportunity and celebrate a little more, just because I can.

I’d like to celebrate our non-profit, Off The Lane! This organization currently has so much momentum and I’m so grateful for every person that is involved between the board, the co-chairs and the mentors! 

Let’s celebrate our Laner Community. You guys fill up my #mustardheart. 

I want to celebrate every Laner that has contributed to any of our new creative projects. THANK YOU for your time and talent. 珞

I want to celebrate my internal teams. THANK YOU for keeping the creative juices flowing and for keeping me sane.

I’d like to take the time to celebrate our clients. We cannot wait until we can start planning events with you. 

I want to celebrate my family. Thank you for being my cheer section. 

And last but not least… Let’s celebrate my hubby Matt Zur. THANK YOU for not only adding all of our new tech ideas to your current workload (there are a lot) but also pushing me to be better. 

Keep your chin up and stay positive friends. That's an order! 
