Our Laner of the week, Luka Fric has been on the Lane for a year and a half. He's an outstanding brand ambassador who is always willing to work. His dedication and drive have made him one of our go-to Laners in NYC. Luka's favorite event on the Lane was the Zoolander 2 event where our Laners dressed up in silver suits and portrayed their best blue steel in front of camera. Luka enjoys the diversity of the events he's staffed on cause it always keeps things fresh.
Originally from Slovenia, Luka now resides in the big apple. In Slovenia, Luka's family is in the balloon business. Luka's hidden talent is the ability to make balloon decorations. He even has a balloon Christmas tree for his apartment.
Outside the Lane Luka is an actor and a singer. He has been a part of Speakeasy Dollhouse (immersive theatre) since April 2015. He enjoys acting and occasionally modeling. You can check out some of his work at www.lukafric.com.

Favorite movie/ why?
Notting Hill - I love this performance of Julia Roberts and Hugh Grant. The story is a romantic drama with beautiful dialogue scenes.

Something that made you smile today
We were delivering some Arts Brookfield flyers to a coffee shop in Williamsburg. Cute asian cashier says: "You look so cute in your elf hat."

Harry Potter when I was 10!

What is the most bizarre job you've done?
Having multiple prosthetic ears glued on my back for a play.
What flavor ice cream would you be and why?
Bourbon vanilla with peach bits - just sounds RIGHT. Sweet and oh so good.
Best thing that happened to you this week
Gathering of the Sounding Circles Vocal Collective at my director's house. Food, friends and some good singing.
