Meet Leah, our Laner of the Week! Originally from Florida, this New Yorker is doin’ all the things! A model, a real estate agent, clothing line owner…what else could there be?! Oh, she also loves making the itinerary for her upcoming travel plans! And somehow, there’s still time left over to be a Laner!
What do you like about Mustard Lane or just working events in general?
I love working events with Mustard Lane! Being involved in such creative events and surrounded by the kindest people is what I love best about being a Laner. It’s showed me such great times with great people. I love working events because it’s such a rush of fun each time. Every new event I meet such a great team all while making the event’s dreams turn into a reality.
When you’re not on the Lane…what are you doing?!
When I’m not on the Lane I am painting, traveling, dining and finding new hobbies I will dive into for that month!
Favorite restaurant or food?
My favorite food is Mexican. I love anything my boyfriend makes because he is the best chef.
What is one of your goals for 2023?
My goal for 2023 is: journal more and make time for my creative outlets.
Name a place you’d love to travel to. And why?!
I would love to travel to Greece. Greece and Germany are my next stops I would love to check out and see!
What’s your favorite way to spend a day off?
Favorite way to spend a day off is being with friends, hanging out anywhere and everywhere that involves being outside.
Do you prefer podcasts or books? Favorite one?
I prefer books because I love taking notes while I read. I definitely have “ruined” every book I have read by marking it up haha.
What’s your hidden talent?!
My hidden talent is I love singing.
If you could have your dream job tomorrow, what would it be?
My dream job is doing exactly what I do now. 🙂
What’s an essential part of your daily routine?
The most essential part of my daily routine is making sure to journal and write what I am grateful for each day I wake up.
What life lesson did you learn the hard way?
One life lesson I learned the hard way is that you have to stick up for yourself and what you believe in. You live this one life and you should – and must – do everything you can for yourself to be the very best you can be.
What is your favorite family/friend tradition?
Favorite family tradition is Easter baskets on Easter and seeing the Christmas lights around neighborhoods each year.
What’s a brand or event that you would love to represent or work should the chance ever arise?
I would love to represent any magazine brand or clothing line!
What inspires you most?
My boyfriend, my mother, my nephew, my family and friends all inspire me the most.
