Meet Frankie! Our healthy and happy Laner of the Week! This Laner is originally from Philadelphia and has called LA home for the last year and a half. Frankie is an actor, working in film and theatre. He loves to laugh and enjoys good food. On a nice day off, you can find Frankie riding off into the sunset on his motorcycle. Sounds pretty good to us! We love having this passionate and creative Laner on our team!
What do you like about Mustard Lane or just working events in general?
I love that I'm celebrated as who I am with them and that I am able to share my light with others and make little connections and share moments with people.
When you're not on the Lane...what are you doing?!
Dancing at a class or a bar or my room. Reading Mary Oliver or Hanya Yanagihara. Flirting. Being silly somewhere.
Favorite restaurant or food?
In n Out. Salmon and Broccoli. Sweet Potato. Kimchi.
What is one of your goals for 2022?
A couple millions in my bank account, sweet, cozy houses in all the cities I love, and every studio and streaming service dying to work with me.
Name a place you'd love to travel to. And why?!
Italy or Ireland, to feel the geography of my ancestors.
What's your favorite way to spend a day off?
Ride my motorcycle. Get a coffee and pastry. Unstructured time w loving, playful, not judgy people. End with romantic walk on the beach at night.
Do you prefer podcasts or books? Favorite one?
Books. A Little Life (Hanya Y) still has me shook.
What's your hidden talent?!
I can juggle pretty well! Learning slacklining as well.
If you could have your dream job tomorrow, what would it be?
Be part of a team, play in front of crowds and make films, share the love and resources generously.
What's an essential part of your daily routine?
Movement and somatic practice.
What is your favorite family or friend tradition?
Making food and sharing it and generally making people feel welcomed. And laughter!
What inspires you most?
Waking up in the morning. Another chance to exist, to try, to love.
