Meet Deandre!! Our fit and fabulous, Laner of the Week! Originally from Iowa, this Laner is a small town boy at heart. He loves spending time with his kids and working out. Off the Lane you can find him in the gym 5 days a week!! He's passionate about acting and even appeared in a shoe campaign for Kanye West Adidas! How exciting! We love having his motivational and hard working spirit on our team!
What do you like about Mustard Lane or just working events in general?
I love how professional, kind and inviting everyone is. I didn’t feel out of place or feel like a new person being added to the team. Right away I felt like a family member. I love how exclusive the jobs are . The things I got to do with Mustard Lane were not things the average person does. I was excited to tell and show people the work I have done with them. Mustard Lane makes me feel like a Celebrity!
When you're not on the Lane...what are you doing?!
I’m acting in movies and speaking at events. I have acted in over 13 movies , appeared in a shoe campaign for Kanye West Adidas, and recently was on a game show with Jay Leno. I recently just finished acting in a film and a show that will be released soon on tv platforms. I am also a motivational speaker. I love to inspire and motivate others.
Favorite restaurant or food?
My favorite restaurant is Applebee’s.
What is one of your goals for 2022?
To work with Mustard Lane more!
Name a place you'd love to travel to. And why?!
I would love to go to a kid friendly resort. A Nickelodeon resort so me and my kids can have the time of our lives. I love watching cartoons so I would enjoy it just as much as my kids.
What's your favorite way to spend a day off?
On my day off honestly I like an ice cold cup of whiskey and a funny Kevin Hart movie!
Do you prefer podcasts or books? Favorite one?
I love listening to podcasts. My favorite podcasts are Kevin Hart’s Comedy Gold Mind and Joel Olsteen Podcast . Check them out one will make you laugh and the other will inspire you.
What's your hidden talent?!
I can draw! I only draw things for my kids. Only the people in my house know that I can draw really well.
If you could have your dream job tomorrow, what would it be?
Star in a movie with Dwayne Johnson, Micheal B Jordan and Kevin Hart or be on a reality show.
What's an essential part of your daily routine?
Meditating before I start the day. Having my coffee. I love coffee. I listen to something motivating and then I’m ready for the day.
What is your favorite family or friend tradition?
Sitting at the table and getting together with family for Thanksgiving. I love everyone sitting around eating , laughing and just enjoy one anothers company.
What inspires you most?
Being a dad. I go hard in life so that my kids can have a great life!
