For Cole, the name of the game is: Adventure! While originally from Louisiana, he’s found home in the many cities he’s been fortunate enough to live in such as NYC, San Juan PR, SF, and now LA! And he loves a good project! The latest one being an old desk restoration – pretty crafty, right?! Read on to find out what else he’s been up to…!
What do you like about Mustard Lane or just working events in general?
Definitely relationship building. I’m an actor, like many Laners are, and a major driving factor in any work I pursue is the opportunity to meet individuals of varying walks of life, hear their stories, and carry them with me. I think it’s easy to get lost in, “this is my day job and that is my passion,” but for me, it’s all the same. It’s a chance to be a better human than I was the day before.
When you’re not on the Lane…what are you doing?!
Definitely watching film and TV. I’d say outdoors-exploring, but the weather has been contrary to what I expected, so I’m a bit of an introvert these days.
Favorite restaurant or food?
The Mexican joint across the street from my apartment, El Cholo. I have an “unlimited nacho” card that comes in clutch! Though, at home I mostly cook Southern Comfort style.
What is one of your goals for 2023?
Personal goal, learn how to say no. My time in the military has made me quite a “yes man.”
Name a place you’d love to travel to. And why?!
Japan, I’m a total nerd. I love anime and a couple of my favorite game companies are based there, so yeah… nerd stuff!
What’s your favorite way to spend a day off?
Winter: bed, movie, coffee
Spring: assortment of all the above
Summer: poolside, friends, margaritas
Fall: park, podcast, picnic

Podcasts. Currently hooked on 99% Invisible, This American Life, and Lore.

I am profoundly good at latte art.
If you could have your dream job tomorrow, what would it be?
I’m doing it. I’m an actor. Chase your dreams, enjoy the ride.
What’s an essential part of your daily routine?
Coffee. Every morning. It’s a must.
What life lesson did you learn the hard way?
Trust but verify. Even those that mean well are ultimately human.
What is your favorite family/friend tradition?
Gumbo for Thanksgiving. Who needs a turkey?
What’s a brand or event that you would love to represent or work should the chance ever arise?
Pokémon Co. dressed as a trainer. Legendary.
What inspires you most?
The incredible lights in my life that have supported and believed in me through thick and thin. Shoutout to the ones that challenge me to be my best self every day.
