As many of you know, the internal team at ML started Off The Lane (OTL), a 501c3 non-profit in 2019. Over the past year, OTL has grown exponentially and we're so thrilled with how it's going. We started OTL with the desire to help artists achieve their goals. Whether it be through our Mentorship Program, through learning new skills at our Speaker Series or working closely with career guides from our BOOST program, our passionate team has a collective mission to enable artists achieve their dreams! We now have 3 thriving programs and lots more to come in 2021!!
These incredible programs wouldn't be possible without the help of our amazing donor community. They are truly the reason we've been able to make a difference for this community of artists.
We know that 2020 has been tough on us all, but for artists it has been especially challenging with the industry all but disappearing in a single day. Through our programs, we hope to continue to be a beacon of light and help provide a standard of educational resources to young artists making the transition from student to young professional and young professional to thriving artist!
