Meet Alison!! Our talented and comedic Laner of the Week! Alison calls New York home and loves the energy of the city! She wears many hats as a brand ambassador, actress, and even CEO of her own comedy company called "The Sober Life of Floppy Fish". When Alison is not working on the Lane, you can find her doing comedy improv on the subway and streets of NYC! We love that she spends her time making people smile and we adore having her on the Lane!
What do you like about Mustard Lane or just working events in general?
I’d say the team. Mustard Lane definitely finds quality people to join their staff. I feel so grateful to have met such amazing people while working!

How do you define success?
Success is not about the individual. It is about amplifying the voices most marginalized so they can be heard. Black Lives Matter and Black Trans Lives Matter.

Dear White People.
Where is the most interesting place you've been?
Fort Tryon Park. Yes it’s just a park, but it’s magical and peaceful to me.
What pets did you have growing up?
My cat named Micio and my dog Sophie is my whole entire world.
What is a movie title that best describes you?
Braveheart.
What is the most impressive thing you know how to do?
Take Risks! I even wrote a whole book about it during the pandemic on Amazon called: Your Guide to Being a Comfort Zone Escapist.
What is something you will NEVER do again?
Staying silent because speaking up in the face of injustice is a must.
