Meet Telaya, our Laner of the Week! Originally from Buena Park, CA, you can find her in Atlanta these days. While relatively new to the Lane, there’s no time constraint on soaring to #LOTW Status! She just worked on a great team at the Minnesota State Fair…a fun activation promoting The Voice. Which is perfect, because Telaya finds so much joy in listening to music! (as well as relaxing on the beach whenever possible) All things Telaya below:
What do you like about Mustard Lane or just working events in general?
I have a lot of fun interacting with people in different entertaining environments.
When you’re not on the Lane…what are you doing?!
When I’m not on the Lane, I’m bartending. And when I’m not doing that, I’m on the beach or planning a trip to a beach!
Favorite restaurant or food?
I love Mexican food.
What is one of your goals for 2024?
One of my goals to accomplish before the year ends is to get a new car.
Favorite place or travel experience?
You can probably guess my favorite place ever is…the beach. I love to listen to the waves.
What’s your favorite way to spend a day off from the Lane?
The perfect way to spend my day off is with a good book & relaxing next to some water like a pool or the beach. (I just love the beach!!)
Do you have a favorite piece of media you’ve consumed recently?
Recently consumed media that I loved was the anime, “Solo Leveling.” Such a great show.
What’s your non-Laner, hidden talent?!
Backing into parking spots while the music is playing loud.
If you could have your dream job tomorrow, what would it be?
My dream job is traveling to different cities & visiting beautiful beaches.
What’s an essential part of your daily Laner routine?
It is a must that I cleanse & moisturize my face everyday.
What life lesson did you learn the hard way?
That nobody is me, but that is also my superpower.
Fall is here! Halloween or Thanksgiving? or…both?!
Both! Halloween is so much fun dressing up…but the food on Thanksgiving is unmatched.
Favorite Fall activity/tradition…go!
Eating Thanksgiving dinner with my family is something I look forward to every year.
What’s a brand or event that you would love to represent or work for the Lane should the chance ever arise?
I’d love to work for something with the Lakers.
What inspires you most?
Being able to live the life I want inspires me most!
